  • In the operation interface, select “File (F)” — “Open and Load (O)” to select the desired processing file.

  • After loading, click “Automatic” to verify the loaded program.

  • Manually move the X and Y axes to the starting position on the workpiece and set this position as the workpiece origin.

  1. Begin Processing

  • Confirm the accuracy of the origin setting and initiate the automatic processing program.

  • Closely monitor the machine operation during processing to prevent unexpected incidents.

  • Regularly inspect and maintain guide rails and copper wheels.

  • Ensure the flatness of the worktable, especially after long-term usage.
